一般描述

磷脂酰胆碱(PC)是质膜的主要成分。通常来说，无论是来自人类还是植物，PC都含有不饱和脂肪酸。大豆PC的脂肪酸成分中有70%为亚麻酸。因此，大豆PC在含水体系中具有较低的相变温度。

应用

大豆PC已被用于制备脂质体。大豆PC适用于制备柔性脂质体(FLUV)和治疗嗜铬细胞瘤(PC12)细胞，以分析其对胞吐动力学的影响。

生化/生理作用

磷脂酰胆碱是磷酸胆碱的主要来源，其可有助于将神经酰胺转化为鞘磷脂。磷脂酰胆碱在活组织中比例更高。大豆PC常用于化妆品配方中。
