性质描述:

结晶（二氯甲烷/己烷）。熔点 239-241℃ 。

生产方法:

用对硝基氯苯与苄基腈在乙醇中于氢氧化钠参与下环合，生成5-氯-3-苯基苯并异噁唑，然后以铁粉-盐酸还原并开环得2-氨基-5-氯二苯甲酮，进而以盐酸羟胺肟化得2-氨基-5-氯二苯酮肟。将后者与氯乙酰氯环合得6-氯-2-氯甲基-4-苯基喹唑啉-3-氧化物，再在氢氧化钠作用下扩环制得该品。

用途:

安宁、舒宁（去甲羟安定）的中间体。
