性质描述:

浅黄色液体。熔点23℃，沸点260-262℃，115-116℃（0.67kPa）。相对密度0.988。能与醇、醚混合，不溶于水。遇光或暴露在空气中变色。

生产方法:

以N,N-二乙基苯胺为原料，经亚硝化、还原、中和而得：工艺过程如下：（1）亚硝化在釜中加入150kg水，35kg N,N-二乙基苯胺和72kg盐酸，冷至0℃。在0-5℃，加入50%亚硝酸钠溶液（以100%18.5kg配成）。加毕，搅拌半小时，加入6kg食盐。搅拌2h。过滤得对亚硝基-N,N-二乙基苯胺。（2）还原、中和在釜中加入150kg水及11kg盐酸。搅拌，加入41kg铁粉，降温至15℃，在20-25℃加亚硝基物。加毕，补加铁粉5kg，在20-25℃搅拌3h。加入碳酸钠7kg，搅拌15min，过滤。滤饼以热水洗涤。滤液和洗液中加入50kg液碱（30%），15kg食盐，静置分层。上层物料蒸馏釜，于120-150℃及真空度为8kPa减压蒸馏收集馏分，得对氨基-N,N-二乙基苯胺。

用途:

染料中间体。作彩色相显影剂。
