性质描述:

该品呈淡米色粉状，熔点为258-259℃。可溶于邻二氯苯，不溶于水和碳酸钠溶液。在氢氧化钠溶液中呈黄色。

生产方法:

以2,3-酸与对氯苯胺为基本原料，2,3-酸用碳酸钠与氯苯成盐、经脱水后，在三氯化磷存在下与对氯苯胺缩合，用碳酸钠中和，蒸出氯苯，而后过滤、干燥即得成品。干燥即得成品。产品要求色酚含量≥95%，碱液中不溶物含量≤1.0%，2,3-酸含量≤1.0%，干品初熔点≥260℃。原料消耗(kg/t)2,3-酸（100%） 680对氯苯胺（100%） 470三氯化磷（98%） 260氯苯（98%） 580碳酸钠（98%） 285

用途:

主要用作棉织物染色和印花打底剂，也可作有机颜料的中间体。用作棉纤维染色和印花的打底剂，也可用作色淀颜料的中间体。

A cell-permeable naphthamide compound that effectively blocks the interaction between the KIX domain of CBP and the KID domain of CREB in HEK293T-based and cell-free Renilla luciferase (RLuc) complementation assays (IC₅₀ = 2.26 and 2.9 M, respectively) by directly binding to CBP′s KIX domain (K_d ~8.6 M using a recombinant KIX). Shown to inhibit CRE- (cAMP response element) dependent transcription activity induced by forskolin in a HEK293T-based RLuc reporter assay (IC₅₀<2.5 M), while exhibiting little effect against the KID-independent CREB-VP16 transcription activity. Also reported to inhibit the enzymatic activity of Firefly luciferase (IC₅₀ ~1 M), but not that of RLuc.
