性质描述:

白色或近白色结晶。熔点85-87℃。易溶于苯及热乙醇，微溶于冷乙醇。

生产方法:

可采用下列两种工艺路线。(1)由乙酰乙酸乙酯与邻甲氧基苯胺作用而得。先将干燥的二甲苯、乙酰乙酸乙酯和三乙醇胺的乙醇溶液加热至微沸，蒸出部分二甲苯溶液(温度在118-120℃之间)，慢慢升温至137-140℃，收集二甲苯、乙醇的混合物，冷却到5-7℃过滤结晶，用少许二甲苯洗涤得粗品，再用乙醇重结晶。(2)由邻甲氧基苯胺和双乙烯酮反应：在反应釜中加入500份水。强烈搅拌下加入0.02份三苯膦和0.1份N,N-二甲基苯胺。在45min内，在搅拌下以两条管线(插入溶液内)分别加入90份双乙烯酮(纯度为95.6%)和1123份邻甲氧基苯胺(两者以等摩尔速度加入)。充分冷却，使反应温度保持在20℃。加成反应结束后，再搅拌1h，得浆状产品。将其冷却至10℃，过滤，干燥，得192份白色的邻甲氧基乙酰乙酰苯胺，收率为93%，纯度为99.5%。工业生产中，也可使邻甲氧基苯胺和双乙烯酮在乙醇介质中，于20-25℃进行缩合反应。

用途:

该品用作染料中间体。用于合成黄色耐光染料，直接耐晒黄5G等的偶氮组分。
