性质描述:

白色结晶性粉末。熔点226-227℃，相对密度1.40（25/4℃），溶解度（25℃，g/100g）：水中为0，苯中为0.04，乙酸乙酯中为0.7，甲醇中为1.4，丙酮中为1.8，四氢呋喃中为8.8，二甲基甲酰胺中为12.0，甲基溶纤剂乙酸酯中为13.7。

生产方法:

以苯甲腈与双氰胺为原料进行合成。合成反应在有机溶剂（丁醇）中进行，以氢氧化钠为催化剂，反应放出热量，析出苯三聚氰二胺，经真空吸滤、水洗、干燥得成品。工业品为白色粉末，熔点224-228℃。每吨产品消耗苯甲腈580kg、双氰胺580kg。

用途:

用于制取热固性树脂、改性树脂、氨基涂料和塑料、医药、农药和染料。1.金属用涂料苯三聚氰二胺和三聚氰胺一样，除了作为特殊化学品的中间体使用之外，大部分与甲醛反应为羟甲基化苯代三聚氰二胺，用作成型材料、层压用树脂纤维加工助剂。将羟甲基化苯代三聚氰二胺进一步以醇变性得烷基化物，则成为主要用于金属的涂料。2.装饰板将苯三聚氰二胺用作装饰板是一种最有特色的使用方法。另外，树脂浸渍纸作为混凝土板材的贴面，可使混凝土板材的表面光滑平整，便于脱模，并具有优良的耐久性。以苯三聚氰二胺树脂为基础的荧光颜料，作为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、硬质和软质聚氯乙烯等树脂的着色剂以及印刷油墨，用途和需要量也在发展中。苯代三聚氰胺进一步反应制成丁醇醚化苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂，甲醇醚化苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。它们可以作为烘烤涂料的交联剂，可与醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂等混合以制作涂料。另外，苯代三聚氰胺的羟甲基化合物可以和脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制作成型材料。
