性质描述:

白色结晶。熔点41℃，沸点137-138℃（133Pa）。

生产方法:

6-甲氧基-8-硝基喹啉在盐酸介质中用铁粉还原、再用液碱中和而得。将盐酸投入搪玻璃反应锅，升温到50℃，投入6-甲氧基-8-硝基喹啉、铁粉。在65-70℃于3.5h内全部加完，保温2h，冷却，过滤得粗品8-氨基-6-甲氧基喹啉盐酸盐。再经盐析精制，用稀碱中和至pH7，析出8-氨基-6-甲氧基喹啉，过滤得粗品，用甲苯精制，得8-氨基-6-甲氧基喹啉。收率65%。产品规格：含量≥65%。原料消耗定额：6-甲氧基-8-硝基喹啉（94%）1765kg/t、盐酸（37%）10479kg/t、铁屑（工业品）2519kg/t。

用途:

抗疟类药物磷酸伯氨喹啉、戊喹、扑疟喹的中间体。
