性质描述:

含2分子结晶水者为柱状结晶，100℃失去结晶水，183-185℃分解放出二氧化碳。易溶于水，溶于甲醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯，微溶于醇、醚、氯仿、苯及石油醚。

生产方法:

以苯并吡嗪为原料，经高锰酸钾氧化而得。先将水及苯并吡嗪投入反应锅中，于搅拌下将高锰酸钾均匀加入，温度保持在68-70℃保温2h，测终点。放置过夜，吸取上层清液，下层物加水搅拌，加热至80℃过滤，将上层清液及滤液以薄膜蒸发器浓缩，然后取出用盐酸中和至pH=2，析出吡嗪二羧酸单钾盐，冷却，25℃甩滤。将滤饼加入盐酸中，搅拌升温至全溶，于15℃以下冷却结晶，甩滤，以少许乙醇洗涤，甩干得结晶品。以苯并吡嗪计，收率为70%。

用途:

该品为抗结核病药物吡嗪酰胺的中间体。
