性质描述:

浅黄色结晶。熔点 283-285℃（286-288℃）。

生产方法:

用3-氨基-2-氯吡啶与邻硝基苯甲酰氯在三乙胺参与下反应，生成2-氯-3-（2-硝基苯甲酰氨基）吡啶，然后以氯化亚锡还原得2-氯-3-（2-氨基苯甲酰氨基）吡啶，将后者加热环合制得该品。

用途:

哌吡酮的中间体。
