性质描述:

针状结晶，含1/2分子结晶水。相对密度为1.673（25/4℃）微溶于水，具有蓝色荧光。钠盐易溶于水。

生产方法:

萘胺磺化得4-氨基-1-萘磺酸，经中和而得钠盐。磺化反应在溶剂三氯苯中进行，反应温度185-190℃，控制真空度2.67-5.33kPa，保温反应3.5h，取样检查终点。合格后降温到150℃，加碱水中和，控制pH=8-9。在70-80℃，将中和液加石炭酸和硫化碱，升温至90-95℃后静置，分层。上层料液经浓缩、冷却、结晶、离心甩干即为钠盐成品。收率83%。下层三氯苯经水洗回收套用。

用途:

染料中间体。用于制造酸性红A、B，酸性大红3R，直接大红4B，直接大枣红GB，直接枣红B等，并用于生产1-萘酚-4-磺酸等中间体。
