性质描述:

白色结晶性粉末。熔点237℃。15℃时溶解度（g/L）：水0.18，醇3.3，醚0.46，氯仿9.04，苯1.04，丙酮7.76，乙酸乙酯7.4，冰乙酸7.42。无臭，味苦。

生产方法:

将含牛黄胆酸和甘胆酸的胆膏与氢氧化钠溶液一起加热煮沸，水解16h后，酸化至pH3，将灰褐色块状物滤出，投入热水中煮沸10min，冷却，过滤，水洗，抽干，于60-70℃干燥，得胆酸。将胆酸投入乙酸和乙酸钠溶液中，在10-20℃通入氯气，直至白色固体全部析出，用大量蒸馏水倾洗，过滤，干燥，得去氢胆酸粗品，经乙醇精制得成品。

用途:

该品属胆酸类物质，用于胆囊及胆道功能失调、胆囊切除后缩合症、慢性胆囊炎、胆石症及慢性肝炎。
