性质描述:

结晶体。熔点192-195℃，25℃时的溶解度(mg/ml)水中0.07，甲醇中4.93，95%乙醇中5.7，氯仿中29.0。

生产方法:

将硫代异噁唑悬浮在丙酮和无水吡啶中，在搅拌下加入乙酐。升温至40℃生成白色结晶性糊状物。经后处理得到无色结晶的N-单乙酰磺胺异噁唑，即该品。

用途:

抗微生物药。
