体内研究

Flumazenil和中央benzodiazepine受体结合以拮抗或扭转benzodiazepine激动剂和反兴奋剂的行为，神经系统，和电生理效应。Flumazenil对肝性脑病有一些好处，但必须是精心设计的临床试验进行，肝性脑病是Flumazenil必须考虑的研究性指标。Flumazenil逆转intoxication和 benzodiazepines 或者benzodiazepines和其它药物联用引起的中毒镇静，但是当环状抗抑郁中毒被怀疑时不应该被使用。[1] 在BALB / c小鼠的高架十字迷宫和光/暗测试测试中，Flumazenil（1毫克/千克）诱导很强抗焦虑效果。[2] Flumazenil（10毫克/千克）有效地防止四氢孕酮在大鼠中产生的还原。[3] 在小鼠中，Flumazenil（5-20 毫克/千克）拮抗diazepam而不是GYKI52466的抗惊厥和不利影响。在MES模型而不是在PTZ测试中，Flumazenil稍微降低NBQX的抗惊厥活性。[4] 在小鼠中，Flumazenil（3 毫克/千克）阻止慢性乙醇撤回引起的变化，这导致在开放臂的时间和进入开放百臂的分比减小。[5]
