一般描述

Amphoteric properties of Dowex Retardion 11A8 allows specific isolation of elements from complex mixtures which generally is possible with use of monofunctional ion exchangers. Determination of trace amounts of Zinc and Cadmium by radiochemical NAA was performed using Retardion 11A8.
Retardion 11A8 并非真正的混合床树脂，而是带有混合官能团的树脂。它包含成对的阴离子和阳离子交换位置(每一个都作为另一个的反离子)，能从料流中吸附移动的离子。

应用

Dowex Retardion 11A8 was used in solid phase extraction for determination of total concentrations by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.
离子分离的色谱树脂。用于去除蛋白质样品中的离子洗涤剂(如 SDS)。还能去除水溶液中的电解质以及分离阴阳离子。由于 SEC 类型的机制会发生脱盐，因此建议使用色谱柱来获得较好的结果。
