产品描述

Nimodipine是一种二氢吡啶衍生物，是钙离子通道抑制剂Nifedipine的类似物，具有降压活性。Nimodipine能减少细胞内游离Ca2+，Beclin-1及细胞自噬。

体外研究

Nimodipine以年龄和浓度依赖性减小峰值振幅和AHP在一个的综合区域。在衰老CA1区神经元，Nimodipine (100 nM)显著降低AHP。Nimodipine通过减少尖峰频率以年龄和浓度依赖性增加兴奋性（延长去极化电流注入期间增加动作电位的数量）。年轻神经元CA1区中，Nimodipine在较高浓度时减少适应性。[1] 在老化神经元和年轻大鼠神经元中，Nimodipine（浓度低至100 nM）降低钙AP的的的平台期。[2]

体内研究

一般描述

Nimodipine is a well-known calcium antagonist and is a moderate cerebral vasodilator, in addition to being an inhibitor of cerebrovascular reactivity. It is suggested to be cytoprotective by causing a decrease in the influx of calcium into the nerve cells. It is accepted for use in the management of delayed ischaemic dysfunction and is commonlly used in the studies of brain function impairment and dementia in old age.
Pharmaceutical secondary standards for application in quality control, provide pharma laboratories and manufacturers with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to the preparation of in-house working standards.

应用

These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials.
