性质描述:

黄色针状结晶。熔点88℃，沸点315℃，相对密度1.6867（16/4℃）。溶于乙醇、乙醚，不溶于水。

生产方法:

由2,6-二硝基苯胺经重氮化、置换而得。将亚硝酸钠加入浓硫酸中，搅拌，加热至70℃，待全部溶解后，将溶液冷却至25-30℃。慢慢加入2,6-二硝基苯胺和冰醋酸配制的溶液，控制加入速度，使反应温度在40℃以上。加完后在40℃搅拌半小时。然后加入经过预冷的氯化亚铜浓盐酸溶液，反应放热，并产生气泡。当反应变得缓和时，加热至80℃、20min后停止冒气泡。加入等体积的水，冷却，过滤，水洗，干燥，用乙酸重结晶，得2,6-二硝基氯苯。收率约70%。

用途:

用作有机合成中间体及分析试剂。
