地昔帕明是丙咪嗪和洛非帕明的代谢物，它是一种有效的三环抗抑郁药。

  • 防止去甲肾上腺素能系统的非选择性损坏

生化/生理作用

地昔帕明可用于治疗抑郁症。。它还可用于控制儿童遗尿症。地昔帕明有助于消除糖尿病性神经病变引起的疼痛。
三环类抗抑郁药是一种比血清素转运蛋白(Ki= 61 nM)更有效的去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白抑制剂(Ki= 4 nM)。
