性质描述:

本品为橙红色晶体，无嗅。熔点为111℃，实际上不溶于水，微溶于醇，溶于吡啶、氯仿、苯略溶于醚、丙酮、醇、乙酸。具有强烈苦味。

生产方法:

茴香脑与硫磺经环合而得。反应罐中加入茴香脑、二甲基甲酰胺，搅拌，投入硫磺粉。加热至146-150℃，保温反应1.5小时。反应结束，冷至80℃，减压回收二甲基甲酰胺，将反应物料冷至66℃，加入二甲苯活性炭，加热至108℃并保温半小时，然后趁热过滤。滤液冷至0℃，结晶，过滤，水洗得粗品。经二甲苯或乙酸丁酯精制后得茴三硫成品。收率为40%。

用途:

本品为肝细胞赋活、利胆剂，适用二胆囊炎、胆结石、胆道运动障碍以及急慢性肝炎时作利胆药。用于胆石症、胆囊炎、急慢性肝炎，并能使胆囊、胆道造影效果增强。
