体内研究

在MWM试验的前3个月，经Trihexyphenidyl（THP）处理的大鼠平均潜伏期明显延长，4-6月时，行为缺陷被修复。被THP显著下调的基因是与免疫反应、抗原加工和递呈、主要组织相容性复合体相关的基因。在老化的大脑中，THP的处理降低MHC class I的表达，长期处理THP使大鼠额叶皮层运动区的海马和皮质小神经胶质发生炎性表型的转变、结构变化[2]。
