性质描述:

白色结晶。易溶于水，不溶于乙醇、乙醚及苯。

生产方法:

苯胺磺化、转位而得：工艺过程如下：1.转位（磺化反应）在转鼓反应器内加入450kg98%硫酸。转鼓转动后于1h内加入苯胺（99%）400kg。将炉温升至160℃，开启喷射泵使系统的真空度在53.3kPa以上。炉温再升至200℃，保温0.5h。继续升温至260℃，保温至转位完成。以视镜出现黑粉、铁球发出响声为终点，降温，关闭喷射泵，回转10min。排风，冷至80℃，加入2500L水，转动混合，放入地槽。2.中和在地槽中，物料升温至70-80℃，加入碳酸钠（约230kg）中和至pH=7-7.5。移入到已有600L母液的中和锅中，调整相对密度至1.12左右。加热至沸，加入活性炭4kg，搅拌0.5h。热过滤，滤渣用热水洗涤；滤液蒸浓到相对密度约1.18。放入结晶桶，以8h冷却至30℃。离心过滤，滤液作下批母液；滤饼为对氨基磺酸钠（850kg左右）。总收率86.5%。产品规格：HG2---372--80。外观为粉红色或浅玫瑰色结晶，含量≥97.0%。原料消耗定额：苯胺（99%）460kg/t、纯碱（98%）264kg/t、硫酸（98%）492kg/t。

用途:

染料中间体，用于酸性橙Ⅱ、酸性嫩黄2G 、酸性媒介黄棕4G、酸性媒介深黄GG ，直接黄GR ，活性黄K-RN、艳红K-10B、艳红K-2G、枣红K-DG以及紫K-3R等。也用于制造印染助剂，如溶解盐B、荧光增白剂BG，防染盐H等。并大量作为农药防治小麦锈病。
