性质描述:

多巴胺游离基在棱状结晶。对氧极敏感，遇氧很快自动氧化变色。实际使用多巴胺盐酸盐，Dopamine hydrochloride，C8H11NO2·HCl，[62-31-7]。盐酸盐为白色或类白色有光泽的结晶，熔点240-241℃（分解）。易溶于水，溶于无水乙醇，微溶于氯仿、乙醚。在空气中及遇光色渐变深。无臭，味微苦。

生产方法:

由香兰醛与硝基甲烷缩合得到3-甲氧基-4-羟基-β-硝基苯乙烯，再用锌粉还原为3-甲氧基-4-羟基-β-苯乙胺盐酸盐，然后水解而得多巴胺盐酸盐。另一种方法是由胡椒乙胺开环而得。

用途:

该品为抗休克药物。
