性质描述:

吸湿性晶体。熔点37-40，沸点110-111℃（7.33kPa）。

生产方法:

将680ml30%过氧化氢加入226gN-乙基哌啶和200ml乙醇配成的溶液中，在0-5℃反应4h，然后在室温放置5d，生成N-氧化-N-乙基哌啶。将N-氧化-N-乙基哌啶加热熔融直至剧烈回流，释出乙烯，然后蒸馏收集70-90℃（2.26kPa）馏分，并在轻石油中重结晶，得N-羟基哌啶111g，收率55%。

用途:

合成肽的试剂。
