性质描述:

白色结晶性粉末。熔点176-178℃。20℃时1g该品约溶于22ml水、100ml95%乙醇，微溶于氯仿，不溶于乙醚，在空气中稳定，无臭。

生产方法:

2-氯-4-硝基苯甲酸经酯化、醇解、还原、成盐而得。另外一种制法，是将2-氯-4-硝基苯甲酸还原成2-氯-4-氨基苯甲酸，再与氯化亚砜反应生成2-氯-4-氨基苯甲酰氯，然后将等摩尔的2-氯-4-氨基苯甲酰氯盐酸盐与二乙氨基乙醇盐酸盐反应得到氯普鲁卡因。

用途:

局部麻醉药，作用及有途与普鲁卡因相似，局麻强度为普鲁卡因的两倍，且作用持久，穿透力也强，适用于浸润麻醉、神经阻滞和硬膜外麻醉。
