性质描述:

暗红色粉末。遇浓硫酸呈紫色，将其稀释后得品红色沉淀。溶于水为蓝光红色溶液，在一定程度上溶于酒精呈红色，难溶于丙酮。遇浓硝酸呈深红色转红光黄色。该品水溶液加浓盐酸呈红色，加氢氧化钠液呈红光橙棕色。染色时遇铜离子色泽略暗。拔染性好。

生产方法:

1,4-氨基萘磺酸钠重氮化，与NW酸(1-萘酚-4-磺酸)偶合，盐析而得。1.重氮化将200kg1,4氨基萘磺酸钠溶解在1000L水中。加15%盐酸492kg。析出乳白色结晶。冷至10℃从液面下加入30%亚硝酸钠溶液(折100%57.6kg)，加料温度控制在25℃以下，使淀粉磺化钾试纸呈微蓝色，保持1.5h。得1,4-氨基萘磺酸重氮盐溶液。2.偶合桶内加水1250ml、纯碱192kg和NW酸89kg，搅拌使全部溶解。冷至15℃，2h内徐徐加入上述重氮盐溶液，加料温度不超过25℃。加毕，测定pH=8.5搅拌30min。终点为重氮盐消失，NW酸应微过量。到达终点后，再搅拌3h。升温至65-70℃，按体积23%加盐盐析。过滤。滤饼干燥，粉碎，标准化得酸性红B染料成品620kg。原料消耗(kg/t)NW酸(100%) 323 碳酸钠(98%) 2681,4-氨基萘磺酸钠(100%) 340 盐酸(31%) 369亚硝酸钠(98%) 98 精盐 597

用途:

主要用于羊毛织物的染色，用铬盐媒染后为藏青色。锦纶可在乙酸浴中进行染色。可用于制造色淀和墨水以及用于皮革、纸张、木材、电化铝、医药、生物及化妆品的染色。与酸性湖蓝A拼成酸性媒介深蓝AGLO。其重金属盐可作有机颜料。
