性质描述:

片状体或棱柱体结晶。熔点152-153℃。溶于乙醇，乙酸。

生产方法:

邻硝基苯磺酰胺还原而得。将邻硝基苯磺酰胺、热水、乙酸投入反应罐，搅拌升温至沸。将铁屑分6次加入，每次间隔半小时。加铁屑时反应液保持沸腾状态。加完铁屑继续沸腾3h。趁热过滤，滤渣再用热水煮沸后过滤。两次滤液合并，冷却结晶过夜。过滤，干燥，得邻氨基苯磺酰胺。

用途:

医药中间体，用于生产降压嗪。
