产品说明 一般描述 24-hydroxycholesterol (24-OH) is an oxidized product of cholesterol. It is synthesized in the presence of enzyme 24S-hydroxylase (CYP46A1). 生化/生理作用 24(S)-hydroxycholesterol is preferred over 24(R)-hydroxycholesterol by human 7α-hydroxylase.
