性质描述:

熔点86.8℃。其硝酸盐（[24169-02-6]）熔点162℃，微溶于水。

生产方法:

将10.3份α-（2,4-二氯苯基）-咪唑-1-乙醇和2.1份氢化钠的50份无水四氢呋喃的悬浮液搅拌回流2h，当放氢反应结束后，逐次加入60份二甲基甲酰胺和8份对氯苄基氯，继续回流2h。常压蒸除四氢呋喃，剩余物倾入水中，用苯提取，提取液减压脱苯，得益康唑游离碱，再用浓硝酸处理，生成硝酸益康唑。

用途:

该品为第一代咪唑抗真菌药。
