体外研究

Penfluridol是一种持续效应时间很长的精神病药物，它能够减轻精神分裂症的阳性和阴性症状。Penfluridol抑制多巴胺与多巴胺受体的结合，其Ki为1.6 μM。它通过阻断中脑和边缘系统多巴胺能投射从而发挥其抗精神病活性。[1] Penfluridol选择性地抑制[3H] Nitrendipine结合到大鼠大脑皮质膜部分，也竞争性地拮抗大鼠输精管内钾诱导的钙依赖性收缩。Penfluridol (10 μM)抑制兔离体胸主动脉环对NE和KCl的收缩反应，同时也抑制NE或 KCl刺激的钙离子内流。[2]
