生产方法: 将50g（0.23mol）1-氯-2，2，2-三氟乙基二氯甲醚和1.5g五氯化锑加入不锈钠反应器中，搅拌，冷却，通入氟化氢气体，保持温度在0℃，反应至逸出的氯化氢计0.35mol为止，和26g氟化产物，线度为90%，用分馏获得纯品。
用途: 该品为吸入麻醉药，与安氟醚是同分异构体。抑制呼吸作用弱于安氟醚，强于氟烷。对心肌抑制是同类药最轻的一种。适用于全身麻醉。
