S,S′-1,4-亚苯基双(1,2-乙二基)双异硫脲(PBIT)是一种 iNOS(诱导型一氧化氮合酶)抑制剂。它能够抑制JARIDB1 高表达的乳腺癌细胞系的增殖。
PBIT 是 JARID1B(KDM5B)组蛋白赖氨酸脱甲基酶的有效抑制剂，可抑制 UACC-812 细胞中 H3K4me3 的去除。PBIT 抑制过表达 JARID1B 的细胞的增殖。PBIT 对 JARID1 酶具有选择性，并且不抑制 UTX 或 JMJD3 脱甲基酶。
