产品说明 一般描述 Luotonin E is a heteroaromatic pyrroloquinazolinoquinoline alkaloid that, along with Luotonin A and B, was originally isolated from the Chinese medicinal plant Paganum nigellastrum. Luotonin compounds have antitumor activity and demonstrate cytotoxicity and inhibitory activity against human topoisomerase. For use as a topoisomerase inhibitor, a starting concentration of 25 μM is suggested.
