Bufexamac是IIB型组蛋白(HDAC6 和 HDAC10)去乙酰化酶的特异性抑制剂。Bufexamac会抑制外周血单核细胞内IFN-α分泌[1]。 Bufexamac是惯用的相关接触激活剂，是一种非甾类的消炎药[2]。
