一般描述

药物二级标准品CRM，为制药行业QC实验室及生产质量控制和研发，提供了一种方便、高性价比且符合相关法规的替代方案。纽甜是一种水溶性、无热量、高强度甜味剂，可用于食品和饮料。其结构类似于阿斯巴甜。它的甜味效力比蔗糖高约 700-13000 倍，比阿斯巴甜高 30-60 倍。它是最甜的人造甜味剂之一。

应用

这些二级标准品是合格的有证标准物质。它们适用用于于多种分析应用，包括但不限于药物释放检测、用于定性和定量分析的药物方法开发、食品和饮料质量控制检测以及其他校准要求。
纽甜可用作药物参考标准品，用于通过液相色谱(LC)技术测定药物制剂中的分析物。它也可以用作咀嚼片中的非营养性甜味剂，并且随后的分析物测定可以使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行。

这些二级标准品可溯源到USP、EP和BP一级标准品。
