性质描述:

无色透明液体。相对密度0.915，沸点164℃，折光率1.420，闪点59℃。可溶于丙酮、苯、醇，不溶或难溶于水。

生产方法:

由丁醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料，经两步反应合成。具体工艺过程为：将267kg丁醇和32kg浓度为96%的浓硫酸加入反应釜，搅拌，升温至55℃，滴加环氧氯丙烷324kg，温度控制在55-60℃约4h加完，再在60-65℃保温2h。然后，冷却至45℃，缓缓加入四氯化锡与丁醇的混合液（5kg四氯化锡溶于5kg丁醇中），再在60-65℃保温反应4h，反应完后，减压蒸馏回收未反应的环氧氯丙烷和丁醇，直至温度达到85-95℃，真空度93.1kPa下无环氧氯丙烷和丁醇蒸出为止。得到表氯醇丁基醚。将上述反应物料冷至30-35℃，滴加浓度30%的氢氧化钠432kg，约4h加完，然后升温至35-40℃并保温反应3h，再在搅拌下加入纯苯，升温至放掉盐水和碱水，然后水洗使pH约为6.5-7。放掉洗涤水，升温常压脱苯，直至料液温度达至140℃，然后冷却放料。两步总收率以丁醇计约为95%。

用途:

该品可作双酚A环氧树脂的活性稀释剂。毒性小，使用方便。并能改善一些树脂硬化后的性能，如抗冲强度等。
