产品说明 一般描述 Receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 3 (RIPK3)/RIP3 is a serine/threonine kinase. It belongs to the receptor-interacting protein family. RIPK3 is characterized with a conserved amino-terminal kinase domain, which is necessary for necrosis. The gene RIPK3 is mapped to human chromosome 14. The encoded protein is composed of 518 amino acids. 生化/生理作用 Receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 3 (RIPK3) activates necroptotic cell death and has a role in inflammatory signaling. The protein also functions in controlling viral infections, platelet functions, hemostasis and thrombosis.
