性质描述:

从水中得结晶，熔点233-234℃（分解）

生产方法:

由硫酸肼、硫氰酸铵缩合重排得双硫脲，再经环合反应而得。工艺过程如下：（1）缩合、重排将硫氰酸铵及硫酸肼加入水中，加热至75℃，保温2.5h，于100℃回流2h。加入45%硫酸，继续回流1h，放冷至40℃，出料，继续冷却至25℃以下，用氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH3-4，过滤，滤饼用冰水洗至pH4-5，得双硫脲粗品。将粗品加水和活性炭，90℃脱色1h，过滤，滤液冷却结晶。过滤，滤液套用作反应用水。滤饼干燥，得双硫脲精品。收率60%。（2）环合将水（或双硫脲精制母液）及盐酸混匀，60℃加入0.07份（约总量1/15）双硫脲。80℃加入亚磷酸钙（或亚鳞酸钠），85℃加入其余的双硫脲。回流4h。放冷至20℃，过滤，滤饼用冰水洗涤至pH4-5，干燥，得2-氨基-5-巯基-1，3，4-噻二唑。

用途:

农药和医药的中间体。
