性质描述:

结晶。熔点.258-263℃（分解）。

生产方法:

用间苯二甲酸以发烟硝酸硝化，生成5-硝基间酞酸，然后以甲醇在硫酸催化下酯化并部分水解得5-硝基间酞酸单甲酯，后者以甲胺胺化，并以硫化钠还原硝基，最后以氯化碘碘化制得该品。

用途:

异泛影的中间体。
