产品说明 一般描述 Ceramide-1-phosphate (C1P), an anti-apoptotic lipid is produced with the help of ceramide kinase (CERK) by the direct phosphorylation of ceramide. 应用 C11 TopFluor® Ceramide-1-Phosphate may be used to study its effect on the migration of pancreatic cancer stem cells (PCSC) using confocal microscopy. 生化/生理作用 Ceramide-1-phosphate (C1P) is capable of blocking cell death in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). It controls the growth and survival in various cell types. C1P bioactive sphingolipid is known to modulate the proliferation and differentiation of photoreceptors. C1P controls apoptosis. It acts as a pro-inflammatory agent and plays a key role in phagocytosis.
