产品描述 Ketoprofen 是双重 COX1/2 抑制剂，是非选择性的NSAID，作用于人重组COX-1和COX-2的 IC50分别为0.5 μM和2.33 μM。 靶点（IC50 & Targe） COX-1 COX-2 MRAP4 体外研究 在HaCaT细胞中，Ketoprofen和UVB辐射联用以浓度依赖性方式引起细胞毒性并抑制DNA合成。Ketoprofen和UVB辐射联用抑制细胞的生长并通过调节CDC2，细胞周期蛋白B1，Chk1的，Tyr15磷酸化Cdc2和p21的水平诱导G2/M期的细胞周期阻滞。Ketoprofen和UVB辐射联用也引发细胞周期蛋白B1-CDC2-p21复合物的显著积累，与之同时增加Tyr15磷酸化Cdc2和p21蛋白的水平。在HaCaT细胞中，Ketoprofen和UVB辐射联用减弱对UVB辐射的凋亡反应。[1] 体内研究 在猴子中，Ketoprofen在1％的水平能有效抑制GCF-LTB4和GCF-PGE2，在配体诱导的牙周炎模型中，积极改变牙槽骨活性。[2] Ketoprofen（3.63 毫克/千克）降低蹄疼痛和跛行，比2.2 毫克/公斤剂量和phenylbutazone有更大的作用。[3]Ketoprofen比局部麻醉（LA），或骶管硬膜外麻醉（EPI）在降低皮质醇更有效，能部分逆转平均日增重（ADG）的减少。[4] 在饮食小鼠中，Ketoprofen（40和80 mg/kg）降低移行细胞癌的发病率达70%以上。[5] 参考文献 [1] Liu S, et al.
