产品说明 生化/生理作用 Taflupost is a prostaglandin F2α agonist that lowers intraocular pressure and is used in the treatment of glaucoma. It has high affinity and selectivity for the fluoroprostaglandin (FP) receptor PGF2α. Tafluprost is believed to reduce the intraocular pressure (IOP) by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor.
