产品说明 生化/生理作用 sAJM589 is a Myc inhibitor that disrupts the Myc-Max heterodimer with an IC50 value of 1.8 μM. sAJM589 was shown to suppress cellular proliferation in a variety of MYC-dependent cancer cell line including strong inhibition of Burkitt lymphoma Raji cell line growth.
