产品说明 一般描述 A highly sensitive and specific fluorescent indicator for the direct detection of nitric oxide (NO) in vitro. The relatively non-fluorescent DAF-2 reacts rapidly with NO in the presence of oxygen to yield the highly fluorescent triazolofluorescein compound (DAF-2T, Cat. No. 251510).
