用途:

AMI-1是一种有效的特异性Histone Methyltransferase (HMT)抑制剂，对酵母 Hmt1p 和人 PRMT1 的IC50分别为 3.0 μM 和 8.8 μM。在HeLa细胞中，AMI-1抑制GFP-Npl3融合水平和内源性PRMT1-样活性。在MCF7细胞中，AMI-1也会抑制核受体介导的荧光素酶报告基因反式激活。[1]此外，AMI-1抑制HIV-1 RT聚合酶活性，IC50为5 μM，并抑制DNA结合到HIV-1 RT，Kd为2 μM。[2]在INS-1细胞中，AMI-1改善INS-1细胞功能，并通过调节FOXO1磷酸化和甲基化，介导FOXO1和PDX-1的细胞内易位。[4]
