SB 220025 reduces inflammatory cytokine production and inhibits angiogenesis. SB 220025 reduced the lipopolysaccharide-induced production of TNF at an ED50 value of 7.5 mg/kg. At 30 mg/kg, SB 220025 reduced the expression of TNF and inhibited angiogenesis by ~40%.
