性质描述:

该品熔点43-46℃，沸点260℃（94.9kPa）。

生产方法:

由乙酰甘氨酸酯化而得。将乙酰甘氨酸、乙醇加入反应锅，再加入强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂。在强烈搅拌下，回流3h，冷至室温，过滤，滤饼为阳离子交换树脂，先用回收乙醇洗涤，将洗液与滤液合并，蒸馏回收乙醇，并浓缩至干，得乙酰甘氨酸乙酯。滤饼再用无水乙醇浸泡，可重复用。

用途:

该品是医药中间体，可用于生产咪唑酸乙酯。这是一种抗钩端螺旋体药。
