生产方法:

用对硝基氯苯与苄腈在碱性条件下环合，生成5-氯-3-苯基苯并异噁唑，然后与盐酸-铁粉反应，开环并还原，得2-氨基-5-氯二苯甲酮，进而与盐酸羟胺缩合得2-氨基-5-氯二苯酮肟，再与氯乙酰氯环合得6-氯-2-氯甲基-4-苯基喹唑啉-3-氧化物，后者在碱性条件下水解得7-氯-2,3-二氢-5-苯基-1H-1,4-苯并二氮杂 -2-酮-4-氧化物，最后以乙酸酐酰化并加热重排制得该品。

用途:

舒宁（去甲羟安定）的中间体。
