性质描述:

白色或灰白色粉末。溶于丙酮、苯、甲苯、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、热四氯化碳、热醇，微溶于汽油。不溶于煤油和水。

生产方法:

由酞酰亚胺与环己基次磺酰氯反应而得。也可由二环己基二硫化物经氯化后与酞酰亚胺缩合。

用途:

该品是一种很有效的防焦剂，对所有的硫磺硫化的二烯类和低不饱和度的橡胶，如天然胶、丁苯胶、丁腈胶、丁基胶、氯丁胶、异戊胶、顺丁胶、三元乙丙胶等均具有良好的防焦烧效果，而且和其他橡胶助剂配合使用时其活性不受影响。没有发泡、污染等不良的副作用。能大幅度提高胶料的贮存稳定性，防止存放期间发生自然硫化。与以往的防焦剂相比，效果好，用量少，通常的用量是0.1-0.5份。
