Octanal 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone is used as an analytical standard to test its efficacy against pneumococcal strains including penicillin (PEN)-resistant S. pneumoniae (PRSP), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and other streptococci. Its minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) was determined and its efficacy against pneumococcal infections was also evaluated in local infection and mouse sepsis models. 包装 Bottomless glass bottle.
