应用
1,10-Diiododecane is used as an alkylating agent in the synthesis of symmetrical and unsymmetrical bis-cryptophanes and as a crosslinking reagent for tetrabutylammonium polygalacturonic acid. it is also used to produce decane at temperature of 20?°C.

Keep container tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers. Incompatible with oxidizing agents. It is sensitive to light.
