生产方法:

将噻吩用甲醛和浓盐酸氯甲基化，生成2-（氯甲基）噻吩，然后与亚磷酸三乙酯加热反应，得2-噻吩甲基膦酸二乙酯，将后者与邻羧基苯甲醛在甲醇钠参与下缩合，得2-[β-（2-噻吩基）乙烯基]苯甲酸；进而以钯炭催化氢化，还原乙烯基，最后在多聚磷酸作用下环合得到该品。

用途:

酮替芬、苯噻啶的中间体。
